Синтаксис: slay <victim> [immolate/shatter/demon]
SLAY kills a character in cold blood, no saving throw.
The optional parameters cause different messages to be sent to the actor,
the victim and the room, just for a bit of variety.
Slay bypasses auto actions such as autoloot and autosac.
